How do the lessons work?
Our lessons are structured yet fun, focusing on building water confidence through patient instruction. We maintain small groups to ensure every swimmer receives personal attention and progresses at their own pace.
What should we bring?
Swimmers should bring appropriate swimwear and a towel, all floats are provided. We do not recommend goggles until children are used to the water. Don't forget a warm change of clothes for after the lesson!
Is it safe for my child?
Safety is our absolute priority. All lessons are taught by expert instructors in private, controlled pool environments. With small group sizes, we maintain high levels of supervision at all times.
How do I book a free trial?
Booking your free trial is easy! Simply click the enquiry button or visit our contact page to leave your details. We'll get back to you quickly to arrange a session at a time that suits your family.
What about cancellations?
Ad hoc cancellations are not deducted from your payments, but alternative lessons can be offered if weeks are missed due to holiday / sickness. A two week notice period is effective when quitting the school completely.
Which level is right for my child?
Not sure where to start? We offer assessments to determine the perfect group for your child based on their current ability and water confidence, ensuring they are challenged but not overwhelmed.
Where are the pools located?
We use high-quality private pools across Torbay. These locations are chosen for their cleanliness, warmth, and privacy, providing the ideal quiet environment for learning without public distractions.
Can I watch my child's lesson?
Yes! We actively encourage parents to stay poolside. Watching your child hit new milestones is a wonderful experience, and your presence helps younger swimmers feel even more secure during their time in the water.
